The 2018 vintage of Pitch Black interestingly, leans further into the blueberry fruit spectrum rather than the usual red fruits, with plenty of spice and earth coming through.
Pitch Black Cabernet underwent a wild fermentation and the Syrah was aged separately for nine months. The final 85/15 blend is beautifully complex, elegant and surprisingly soft with well-integrated tannins. We’re quite sure you’ll be returning to it again and again.
